The reception of the sacrament of Confirmation is necessary for the completion of baptismal grace. By the sacrament of Confirmation, the baptized are more perfectly bound to the Church and are enriched with a special strength of the Holy Spirit. Confirmation deepens our baptismal life that calls us to witness Jesus Christ in our Families, Neighborhoods, Society, and the world. 

This Sacrament is celebrated in the 8th grade. Candidates must have the following requirements: 

• Must be Baptized 
• Must have already received the sacraments of reconciliation and Eucharist 
• Must be enrolled in the religious education program for at least one year prior to beginning the preparation program in 8th grade. 

Registrations for faith formation and sacramental prep open in august. Classes begin in September.  Confirmations take place in the spring between April and May.
